STEM Adventure: ALDABA TIC-Camp 2026 proposes a journey thru time to awaken technological vocations

Aventura STEM lanzamos edición 2026 del campamento TIC ALDABA-WIB

The Chair presents a new edition of the TIC-Camp in A Coruña and Ourense. Under the slogan "STEM Adventure: Time Travel," each participant will immerse themselves in an educational experience where history and innovation come together to solve past challenges with future tools.

A practical and fun learning experience
Thru a playful methodology, the students will explore key areas of the current digital ecosystem: drones, robotics, 3D design and printing, programming, AI, and cybersecurity.
The goal is for the students not only to acquire technical skills but also to forge new friendships in a collaborative and creative environment.

Promoting female STEM talent
True to the Chair's purpose of reducing the gender gap in the tech sector, 80% of the spots in the ALDABA TIC-Camp are reserved for female students. With this measure, the aim is to actively encourage girls' interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines from an early age, facilitating equitable access to these professions.

Deadlines and registration process
The period to apply for a spot on this technological expedition will open in the second half of May, from the 18th to the 24th.
After the admission process described on the website, the group of participants who will be able to complete the final registration will be confirmed around May 29.
All detailed information, rules, and the registration form are available on the Camp website, where the desired location, A Coruña or Ourense, must be selected.
